How much does property management cost?
Management fees are on request. We quote after seeing the property and agreeing the scope you need.
Do I approve repairs?
Yes. You set a spending limit; above it, we ask you before any work goes ahead.
Can you take over a property that already has a tenant?
Yes. We take over from the current tenancy contract and manage it from there, including the renewal.
I live outside the UAE. Can you still manage my property?
Yes. Many of the owners we help live abroad; you get updates by WhatsApp or email.
