The property route

1. Own one or more properties in the UAE worth at least 2,000,000 in total, registered in your name. A mortgage is allowed if it is from an approved local bank.
2. Off-plan counts too: one or more off-plan units worth at least 2,000,000 in total, bought from an approved local developer.
3. You and your family need valid health insurance for the whole residency.
4. The residency lasts 10 years, and you can sponsor your spouse and children.
