What is Tawtheeq?
Tawtheeq is Abu Dhabi’s official register of tenancy contracts. The landlord, or the company managing the property, registers the contract; a registered contract is the official record of the tenancy.
How is the rent set?
We advise from current rents for similar homes in your community. Renewals follow Abu Dhabi’s rent rules, which we explain before each renewal.
What does leasing with Beyond cost?
Fees are agreed in writing before we start. Ask us for a proposal for your property.
Do you help tenants as well?
Yes. Tell us the community, budget and move-in date and we will shortlist homes to rent.
