The project, at a glance
Yas Riva Reserve is a gated community of 292 four- to six-bedroom villas on the quieter northeast waterfront of Yas Island, opposite Yas Riva and linked to the island by a new bridge. Forty-five waterfront villas can add a private pontoon, and about a fifth of the 50-hectare site is given to parks, gardens and trails, a residents' clubhouse, pools, padel courts and community retail.
