The project
The project, at a glance
A nature-led masterplan of about 3,950 homes on roughly 140,700 sqm along Yas Canal, launched in September 2026 by Cosmo Developments, a Flag Holding and Reportage joint venture managed by Reportage. Buildings step down around a green central valley with ponds, native Ghaf trees and planted terraces, and the plan adds a marina, waterfront dining, a hotel, tennis club, spa and rooftop pools. The first phase is two buildings, E1 and E2.
