The project, at a glance
Phase 1 of Sobha City is the first release of Sobha Realty's new waterfront masterplan in Al Bahia, minutes from Yas Island and Zayed International Airport. It brings three neighbourhoods together: River Cove Residences, canal-front apartment towers on the 2 km promenade with 1- to 3-bedroom homes and a handful of 4-bedroom duplexes; The Terraces, garden villas in a townhouse layout with 3 or 4 bedrooms plus a majlis, private backyards and covered parking; and The Orchard, detached 4- to 6-bedroom estate villas, each with its own pool and lift. Around them sit forest trails, cycling and jogging loops, family parks, sports courts, wellness decks and a mosque, with completion planned for December 2029.
