Riviera Residences is a waterfront development on Al Reem Island, inspired by the Mediterranean Riviera: sea views, a waterfront promenade with retail and restaurants, and 52,883 sq ft of resort-style amenities around four pools.
Phase 2 is a G+34 tower of 404 homes, from one-bedroom apartments to Bay Villas, Sky Villas and an 18,084 sq ft penthouse. Phase 1 sold out before its official launch in Q4 2025, with handover estimated for Q3 2029.
