Fay Hills is a 153-acre masterplan in Masdar City by TARAF and Masdar City, planned as four connected villages linked by shaded green corridors, parks and water features. Its first village, Fay Gardens, has 130 sustainably designed four- to six-bedroom villas on 33 acres around three parks, Terra, Aria and Azura, with a clubhouse, retail and a mosque.
